This award-winning laser hair removal treatment is safe and effective for most skin types. The staff at Light Touch Clinic are skilled professionals who undergo regular training in order to maintain the clinic’s exacting standards; delivering an effective service that fulfils patient safety and satisfaction.

The duration of sessions varies based on the specific body part being treated. For instance, treating underarms typically takes 10 minutes, half arms or lower legs may require 20 minutes, while full back and shoulders sessions may last 45 minutes. For a comprehensive full-body treatment, the duration can extend to 2 hours.

The final results will develop over time. We recommend you complete the suggested amount of treatment sessions in order to achieve your expected results. You may find that your skin feels a little sensitive for around 24 hours following the procedure. Exposure to the sun, sunbeds and other tanning procedures should be avoided for up to 7 days, post-treatment, as should extreme heat. Swimming pools should not be visited for around 48 hours and make-up and skin creams should not be used for a few days.

You’ll be asked to discontinue waxing or tweezing six weeks before a laser hair removal treatment. You’ll also be asked to avoid sun exposure and spray tans two weeks beforehand.

You will also need to have shaved the area prior to your visit. This will all be explained to you in your consultation.
