Lovely and friendly clinic, have had a couple of treatments but most recently a course of laser hair removal which is going really well. Sammy is super friendly and very knowledgeable, she is always willing to provide great advice and recommendations.
Sammy was super nice and put me at ease for my first visit and first ever procedure. I came to treat my milia, I was walked through all the steps and after care thoroughly. The clinic was clean, tidy and held to a high standard. I highly recommend Light Touch Clinic!

I visited yesterday and had a hydrofacial with sammy it was incredible from start to finish. My skin feels and looks amazing i honestly have never seen my skin look so good. The clinic team are so friendly from the moment you walk in the setting is lovely and so comfortable i will 100% be back for more treatments.

I have been having laser hair removal at this clinic for about a year and I enjoy coming here. Sammy is brilliant- very knowledgable, professional and friendly. I’ve seen a big reduction in hair and although I wouldn’t say laser hair removal is relaxing, Sammy makes sure I’m as comfortable as possible. I have also had a consultation with Dr Natalie regarding another treatment, she was again very professional, gave honest and helpful advice and because of our conversation, I went to my GP to request something that came up during the conversation. Very fortunate to have this clinic in our neighbourhood. Thank you!

Sammy has been fantastic at sorting out my acne. Struggled with getting honest opinions about the source of my acne and how to fix it and Sammy came up with a great plan. Seen such a change already and the service from all the staff has been great. Highly recommend!
Lovely Hydrafacial with Betty. Very professional and knowledgeable aestheticians, who provide an excellent service.
I have had 2 treatments with Dr Maria Olah. Using a “skin booster”. Her attention with care by using relaxation with music/creams, ice pack and a “light touch” with accuracy . Have given me beautiful results with minimal discomfort. The combination of the product and Dr Maria are the best results. I look and feel rejuvenated from the product which gives a full plump “glow” to the skin. As well as the care and attention.
Actually I commented that I felt her conscious touch was a very healing touch like “reiki”.

I had a lovely experience with Natalie at the LTC. She was really warm and friendly, made me feel totally at ease, and gave helpful suggestions based on what I wanted. The treatments were administered very gently with minimum discomfort, and the results look super natural. I definitely feel more confident and refreshed - thank you Natalie.
Amazing place. So glad I found it when I moved to the area. My skin is looking so much better with regular Hydrafacials by Sammy, who is not only wonderful but highly knowledgable. I also had a sports injury which was treated with laser to speed the healing process. This was recommended by Dr. Natalie who runs this fabulous clinic. Why would you go to a regular spa when you can be treated by someone medically qualified and who can prescribe advanced treatments?

I have been having skin laser treatments with Sammy to treat some pigmentation on my face. I couldn't recommend Sammy and the Light touch clinic enough. This clinic is lovely and has a 5 star feeling to it. I've started a skincare journey with Sammy and she is so knowledgeable about what treatment to recommend. We mix between hydra facials and skin peels. Sammy listens to my concerns and then advises which to do. I like how she talks me through the treatment and explains the process as we go. The EMS treatment with Carly is very effective to reduce abdominal fat and today I had my first Hydra facial with Sammy which was soooo refreshing and Hailey has given me Emerald laser treatment which was amazing and I got significant inch loss from it. Sammy is a great therapist who is lovely and very knowledgeable. I had some pigmentation under my eyes from past sun exposure and Sammy uses Tixel a heated device (a bit like laser) to target the area and after 3 sessions it is so much better.

My sister had recommended this clinic to me and I am so glad I went. Natalie was absolutely amazing- she was extremely friendly and informative. I had the polynucleotide treatment under my eyes. The treatment worked really well and I could see the difference straight after the first session. After the treatment I was able to confidently wear my contact lenses and hardly needed to wear any concealer! I will definitely visit again ☺️

Angelica is amazing, friendly and knowledgeable. Currently on a course for laser treatment and so far I'm impressed with the results, they do late evening appointments as well. Venue is clean and welcoming. Has car park round the back. Staff are warm and welcoming . Highly recommend

Sammy made me feel so comfortable, it was such a relief to have an expert really take time and look at my face and tailor a treatment just for me. She talked me through it all but I think if I would have not wanted the info she would have not bombarded me either. I am so happy with the results. It is I big splurge for me to do this so it was very nice to get offer of booster treatment for free. If they do any offers on this treatment I highly recommend. I will definitely go back and book another treatment. ????

They just wanted to sell you products. I went in for a facial paying 25 consultation fee ( which they rushed during someone's lunch break). They advised I should be on tretanoin and hydroqq. That is like 500 a month to treat. They pressure you into paying there, I didn't as I made an excuse. I asked them to send me prices and things through email which they didn't. You can get those products online for third of the price. I don't have active acne, just bad texture from scaring.
They said a facial wouldn't work.

Omg I can’t believe what a difference my back is after my emerald session!
I’ve struggled with sciatica for years now but the start of this year I’ve really struggled and was planning on going back to my gp as it still didn’t feel quite right. Had a a chat with Dr Natalie and we agreed to try the Emerald laser. It was a 15 minutes session and wow… for the First time In 4 months today was the first morning I haven’t had to do a 10 minute stretching routine.

I’ve struggled with sciatica for years now but the start of this year I’ve really struggled and was planning on going back to my gp as it still didn’t feel quite right. Had a a chat with Dr Natalie and we agreed to try the Emerald laser. It was a 15 minutes session and wow… for the First time In 4 months today was the first morning I haven’t had to do a 10 minute stretching routine.
If you struggle with Sciatica I would HIGHLY recommend this!

Fantastic clinic with friendly staff including an on site doctor. Great equipment. I am on a course of Body Ballancer for lymphatic drainage and have noticed a significant improvement in my body. The staff are knowledgeable and give a lot of lifestyle guidance on how to ensure you optimise your health.
Would highly recommend Light Touch Clinic! I was so pleased with my results from my first ever botox treatment with Dr Natalie, it's given me so much more confidence! Dr Natalie made me feel very relaxed and calm, explained how botox works within the body, where it's used and how safe it is which immediately calmed my nerves. The clinic and staff were all friendly, welcoming and accommodating. I'm already booked in for my upkeep of botox and will continue to go to the Light Touch Clinic for any skin / aesthetic needs. Couldn't recommend enough!
Very happy! I visited light touch clinic for hyperhidrosis treatment, they were very understanding, the treatment was quick and painless, and the results have been fantastic. Its really helped restore my confidence, I would highly recommend!

I had my first treatment of PROFHILO today with Natalie I am very impressed already I can see improvement so can’t wait for my next session in one month

I have enjoyed several hydrafacials from different clinicians at LTC, and they have been a real treat! Skin looks and feels a million times better afterwards too.
Light touch clinic is fantastic!. I was so pleased with my results from my lip dissolving treatment with Natalie. Natalie made me feel so calm and relaxed during the treatment and constantly checked to see how I was doing throughout the treatment. The clinic has a warm and friendly feeling and the staff were so welcoming and accommodating. I will definitely be back for any future treatments and can not recommend them enough!. Went for a trial session on the Emerald fat loss laser. Sammy is amazing, she is friendly and knowledgeable and put me completely at ease.
After losing a lot of weight due to cancer my face was very gaunt I felt I looked so much older but Natalie with her gentle treatment ,professionalism and empathy completely changed my face with a painless filler and I am so happy with the result I feel rejuvenated and more confdent in my appearance thank you Natalie you are amazing

Really great clinic with super friendly staff. Always try to help you get an appointment as soon as possible and clean facilities. Will be coming back!

I have been visiting Klaudia at the Light Touch Clinic for Hydrafacials and she's been wonderful and very knowledgeable. I had a few concerns with my skin which i let her know about and she adjusted the sessions as necessary. Had an amazing experience at this clinic! Dr. Natalie is amazing and put me completely at ease. I have a fear of needles, but my treatment was painless and easy. I've suffered from horrible eye-bags and hollows my entire life and now my eyes look rested and refreshed! The staff is super friendly as well.
