had my second filler treatment at Light Touch Clinic last week and can honestly say I am incredibly impressed with both the results and the level of care I have received.

From the moment you walk through the door, every member of staff makes you feel welcome, comfortable, and valued. The kindness, professionalism, and support shown throughout the entire process have been outstanding. Customer service is clearly a priority here, and the team consistently goes above and beyond to ensure you have the best possible experience.

A special mention must go to Louise, who carried out my treatments. She truly has the hands of an angel. Her calm, reassuring nature, gentle touch, and warm demeanour immediately put me at ease. She took the time to explain everything thoroughly, answer any questions I had, and ensure I felt comfortable throughout the procedure.

Dr Natalie has created something very special at Light Touch Clinic. The standard of care, professionalism, and attention to detail is exceptional and sets the bar far higher than what many clinics offer.

From my very first phone call with Light Touch Clinic in Weybridge, I felt genuinely cared for. Selma was kind, calming, honest, and took the time to listen to me as a very stressed post-op lipedema patient looking for aftercare support. She quickly arranged for Sammy to call me back, and within minutes all my questions were answered so thoroughly that I booked immediately.

Meeting Sammy in person only confirmed my trust. She was welcoming, knowledgeable, and refreshingly honest — always reminding me to follow my surgeon’s advice first and focus on recovery before considering any other treatments. At no point did I feel pressured into buying extras, which says so much about the integrity of this clinic.

The lymphatic massage itself was amazing. I was nervous and sore after surgery, but Sammy made me feel completely comfortable, checking pressure levels and making sure I was warm and relaxed throughout. I honestly almost fell asleep and left feeling lighter and far less stiff.

I’ve previously had negative experiences with clinics that felt cold, overpriced, and focused purely on money, so finding Light Touch Clinic was a complete game changer. Every member of staff I met was warm, patient, and respectful, and the clinic itself is bright, calming, welcoming, and reasonably priced.

I’ve now booked a block of 10 sessions and would happily recommend them to anyone. Kindness and honesty like this are rare, and these ladies truly have both in abundance.

I’ve been coming to light touch clinic for hydrofacials for six months with Betty and have just re-booked for another course. My skin is so much clearer and glowing after one of these facials. I would highly recommend to anyone with problem skin or anyone who wants to feel pampered. Betty is friendly and always makes you feel comfortable and at ease.

A professional, friendly and welcoming clinic!! I have been going to Light Touch Clinic now for over 6 years. The advice and support I have received is first class and I honestly feel in safe hands when talking through different products and treatments available. I was suffering with really bad skin and constant break outs that were really effecting me. I met with Sammy, one of their practitioners, we had a great chat about my Health background and what I want to try and achieve, she suggested a treatment plan. The difference I have seen in my skin is absolutely fantastic and I feel so much better in myself. The advice from Sammy with regards to the adjustments in certain treatments or products to ensure I am doing the best I can is exceptional! I feel so much more confident as my skin is looking so much better. Sammy has a wealth of knowledge and is truly passionate about her job and the skin care for all her clients. I would highly recommend Sammy and everyone that works at the Light Touch clinic!
