When carried out by a professional, chemical peels are incredibly safe. With Light Touch Clinic, there’s no need to worry as you will always be in the safe hands of our talented team of trained experts.

Your chemical peel will not hurt. You might feel a tingling sensation at first but this should only last for a few minutes.

As there is minimal downtime, you can expect to see results not long after your treatment. Results differ slightly with each peel but, in general, you can expect glowing skin as well as a reduction in fine lines and scarring.

As chemical peels exfoliate the skin, you may experience some noticeable peeling after 2-3 days, which should only be mild and usually ends by day 5. Your face may also seem red or flushed following your treatment but this will soon fade. We advise you try to stay out of the sun as much as possible following your peel to protect your skin while also ensuring you’re wearing sunscreen of SPF30 or above.
