Arm Fat/Bingo Wings

Arm fat is also referred to as bingo wings. This condition is the result of excess fatty tissue that has accumulated on the underside of the upper arm. Arm fat is most noticeable when people are wearing short-sleeved or sleeveless tops when pockets of fat are seen to hang or wobble upon shaking or raising the arms. Both men and women can develop arm fat, or bingo wings, with which excess fat can also be accompanied by excess skin.
