About Bra/Back Fat

Back fat and bra fat usually appear as creases, bulges or rolls in the mid to lower regions of the back. This type of excess fat can be stubborn, making it more difficult to get rid of compared to other areas of the body. Both men and women can be affected by back fat at any age. Men tend to have more of an accumulation towards the lower part of the back (love handles), whereas women can have fatty pockets that poke out above and below the bra line.

Weight gain is a common cause of back fat, which can often be rectified through adopting better eating habits and increasing exercise/activity levels. Contributing factors also include age, metabolic rate, muscle mass, hormonal fluctuations and changes in lifestyle. In some cases, medical conditions such as diabetes and under-active thyroid, can be the reason excess fat occurs.

Light touch clinic is fantastic!. I was so pleased with my results from my lip dissolving treatment with Natalie. Natalie made me feel so calm and relaxed during the treatment and constantly checked to see how I was doing throughout the treatment. I have been visiting Klaudia at the Light Touch Clinic for Hydrafacials and she's been wonderful and very knowledgeable. I had a few concerns with my skin which i let her know about and she adjusted the sessions as necessary. Had an amazing experience at this clinic! Dr. Natalie is amazing and put me completely at ease. I have a fear of needles, but my treatment was painless and easy.
