ULTRAcel skin tightening is a suitable treatment for people who are noticing the effects of ageing on their appearance, as loose skin and volume loss are causing: jowls, neck wrinkles and general flattening of the face. Once a pre-treatment assessment has taken place, your aesthetic professional can recommend if this treatment will benefit you.

This non-surgical procedure is considered safe, but must be performed by an appropriately trained professional. The treatment is also non-invasive, producing no pain and no downtime and uses the latest technologies and techniques.

As ULTRAcel is non-invasive, it should be a very comfortable treatment. You may feel some warming of the skin as the device is applied to the treatment area, but this is often described as very soothing and as relaxing as a hot stone massage.

Although a series of treatment sessions are generally recommended, many people will see an improvement in the tightness of the skin after the first session. This will continue to progress and improve as time passes and the number of sessions increase.

You may need to allow around 3 months for the full outcome to be evident to allow for new collagen to grow and the deeper tissues to repair.

Many people find that they experience virtually no effects from the procedure, however, some cases report some slight irritation to the skin – similar to mild sunburn. Any redness to the skin has usually settled within 24 hours, as the skin heals and repairs.
