Yes, and this is something I feel strongly about. Every membership begins with a consultation because choosing the right programme depends entirely on your skin, your concerns, and what you’re hoping to achieve.

We wouldn’t recommend a programme without first assessing your skin in person. The consultation also gives us a chance to explain what to expect at each stage, answer your questions, and make sure you feel confident in the plan before you commit.

We understand that circumstances can change. If you need to pause or cancel your membership, please speak to our team as early as possible, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your situation.

Specific terms will be outlined in your membership agreement before you sign, so you’ll know exactly where you stand from the outset. Our aim is always to be fair and flexible while ensuring we can deliver the clinical results the programme is designed for.

Absolutely. Our memberships are designed as complete programmes, but they don’t prevent you from adding other treatments alongside them. Many patients choose to book additional treatments such as HydraFacials, chemical peels, or laser hair removal between their membership sessions.

BBL HEROic is an advanced broadband light treatment developed by Sciton, one of the world’s leading laser manufacturers. It targets pigmentation, redness, sun damage, and vascular concerns using precisely tuned light wavelengths. The reason it features so prominently across our programmes is its versatility.

Whether we’re treating acne, rosacea, sun damage, or general skin ageing, BBL provides a foundation of correction that other treatments can build upon. Research from Stanford University has also shown that regular BBL treatments can influence the gene expression patterns associated with ageing, supporting long-term skin health rather than just short-term cosmetic improvement.

MOXI is a gentle fractionated laser that works differently from BBL. Where BBL targets colour (pigmentation, redness, tone), MOXI targets texture and surface quality. It creates microscopic treatment zones in the skin that trigger the body’s natural repair process, stimulating collagen production and improving smoothness, pore size, and overall radiance.

When we combine BBL and MOXI in a programme, we’re addressing both the colour and the texture of the skin simultaneously. This dual approach is what makes the “Power of Two” sessions in our Forever Skin and Ultimate Skin programmes so effective.

Most of our programmes are suitable for a wide range of skin types. However, certain treatments within a programme, particularly BBL, require careful assessment for darker skin tones to ensure safety and effectiveness.

This is one of the reasons we require a consultation before recommending any membership. During your appointment, we’ll assess your skin type, sensitivity, and any contraindications to make sure the programme we recommend is both safe and appropriate for you.

This varies depending on the programme and your individual skin. With BBL-based programmes, many patients notice visible improvements in tone and clarity within 2 to 4 weeks of their first session.

MOXI results tend to develop more gradually as collagen remodelling takes place over several weeks.

For our 12-month programmes, you’ll typically see progressive improvement throughout the course, with the most significant changes becoming apparent from around the 3-month mark onwards. Your clinician will track your progress at each review and adjust the plan if needed.
