Your year, booked

We book every visit for the year at sign-up, with BBL sessions at least 8 weeks apart.

Treatments through the year

Your first Hydrafacial is in month one, then laser and skin treatments follow at the right intervals for your skin.

Your 12-month scan

A second OBSERV 520X scan to compare with day one, review your progress and plan what comes next.

Membership terms

We go through these with you before you sign up.

12-month minimum. Monthly payments are taken on the same date each month.

Use your sessions within your 12 months. Unused sessions do not carry over and have no cash value.

BBL sessions are at least 8 weeks apart, so your skin has time to respond between treatments.

Pause for up to 3 months for pregnancy or illness. Your end date moves back to match.

Renewal is at the current price, with 30 days’ notice of any change. Founding members keep their price for two years.

Leaving early for medical reasons.
Treatments you have already had are charged at our standard prices, less what you have paid.

Every membership starts with an OBSERV 520X scan, which shows pigmentation, redness and texture beneath the surface. We match what we see, and what you want to change, to the membership that fits. For Transform, the scan also decides whether your plan is BBL-led or MOXI-led.

Yes, and this is something I feel strongly about. Every membership begins with a consultation because choosing the right programme depends entirely on your skin, your concerns, and what you’re hoping to achieve.

We wouldn’t recommend a programme without first assessing your skin in person. The consultation also gives us a chance to explain what to expect at each stage, answer your questions, and make sure you feel confident in the plan before you commit.

Your skin consultation is £25, taken as a deposit when you book and redeemable against your membership or any treatment or product.

Yes. You can pay in 12 equal monthly payments, taken on the same date each month, or pay upfront for 11 months and get one month free. Both options cover the same 12 months of treatments.

Paying upfront saves you a month and unlocks everything from day one, so Transform and Icon members start with MOXI at their first visit. Monthly members start with their scan and a Hydrafacial, and their laser sessions are spaced through the year from month 3 or 4.

Yes. Members get 10% off skincare and off skin and body treatments outside their membership. Your practitioner will advise on what works well alongside your plan and what is best spaced apart.

BBL HEROic is a broadband light treatment by Sciton. It targets colour in the skin: pigmentation, redness, sun damage and visible vessels. That versatility is why it sits at the heart of most of our memberships, with regular sessions helping to keep skin clear and even over time.

MOXI is a gentle fractional laser, also by Sciton. Where BBL treats colour, MOXI treats texture and surface quality, encouraging the skin’s own renewal to soften roughness and refine pores. A BBL + MOXI session treats both in one visit, which is why it features in Transform and Icon, and why founding Maintain and Renew members get to try it.

Everyone’s skin responds differently. Many people notice brighter, more even tone a few weeks after their first BBL session, while MOXI results build more gradually. Your 12-month scan lets you compare your skin with day one.

Most people are suitable, but some treatments, particularly BBL, need careful assessment on darker skin tones. That is one reason every membership starts with a consultation and scan, so we only recommend a plan that is appropriate for your skin.

Yes. We are registered with the Care Quality Commission and led by our Medical Director, Dr Natalie Geary, who has run the clinic for 18 years.

We’re in the heart of Weybridge, easily accessible from Walton-on-Thames, Hersham, Cobham, Esher, Sunbury, Shepperton, Chertsey, Addlestone, and the wider Surrey area.
