I had a fantastic experience at Light Touch Clinic for my Moxi laser treatment. From start to finish, the team was professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable, which made me feel comfortable and well looked after throughout the process.
A special thank you to Sammy, who really took the time to understand what I wanted to achieve. She explained everything really clearly and made sure the treatment was tailored to my goals. I felt very safe in her hands.

Sammy provided a professional and easy experience at the LightTouch Clinic. Her friendly manner and knowledge enables you to fully understand the processes and procedures she used in the IPL treatment I was having. After the first session the results have been very positive and noticeable and I'm more than happy with the outcome. I'm positive that the follow-up sessions will be equally pleasing.

I had an excellent experience at the clinic. Betty was professional, knowledgeable, and attentive throughout my appointment. The kindness, professionalism, and support shown throughout the entire process have been outstanding. Customer service is clearly a priority here, and the team consistently goes above and beyond to ensure you have the best possible experience.
A special mention must go to Louise, who carried out my treatments. She truly has the hands of an angel. Her calm, reassuring nature, gentle touch, and warm demeanour immediately put me at ease. Our consultant Sammy was very knowledgable and understood my teenage daughter's acne. We discussed various treatment plans and my daughter felt very reassured that her skin could be treated. Sammy was so kind and empathetic and we left the clinic feeling so much more positive.

From my very first phone call with Light Touch Clinic in Weybridge, I felt genuinely cared for. Selma was kind, calming, honest, and took the time to listen to me as a very stressed post-op lipedema patient looking for aftercare support. She quickly arranged for Sammy to call me back, and within minutes all my questions were answered so thoroughly that I booked immediately.
Meeting Sammy in person only confirmed my trust. She was welcoming, knowledgeable, and refreshingly honest — always reminding me to follow my surgeon’s advice first and focus on recovery before considering any other treatments. At no point did I feel pressured into buying extras, which says so much about the integrity of this clinic.
The lymphatic massage itself was amazing. I was nervous and sore after surgery, but Sammy made me feel completely comfortable, checking pressure levels and making sure I was warm and relaxed throughout. I honestly almost fell asleep and left feeling lighter and far less stiff.
I’ve previously had negative experiences with clinics that felt cold, overpriced, and focused purely on money, so finding Light Touch Clinic was a complete game changer. Every member of staff I met was warm, patient, and respectful, and the clinic itself is bright, calming, welcoming, and reasonably priced.
I’ve now booked a block of 10 sessions and would happily recommend them to anyone. Kindness and honesty like this are rare, and these ladies truly have both in abundance.
